Shipping
Flat rate shipping of $25 applies to all print products Australia wide. For international shipping please contact me for a quote exclusive of any duties or taxes payable at the destination.
For international orders we recommend chosing a rolled canvas or fine art print as shipping costs can be expensive for a stretched-ready-to-hang canvas or framed print.
Price includes the postage, packaging, insurance and tracking. Under normal circumstances products will be shipped within 14 working days upon receiving your payment. However there might be a slight delay during peak times (e.g. Christmas and New Year).
Print products are wrapped in bio-degradable bubble wrap, packaged in a “white label” double thickness cardboard box, fully insured with tracking details and sent using premium couriers.
Pickup is available from South Perth.

- Western Australia – 4-6+ business days
- NSW – 4-6+ business days

- Tasmania – 4-6+ business days
- Northern Territory – 5-10+ days
Please Note: deliveries to regional areas often take longer than the times stated above.
Returns
We recommend you inspect any print products immediately to ensure you are completely satisfied with the products. For any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of the prints or products, please contact me with 48 hours of receiving or collecting your order.
Where the problem has occurred in the production of your order we will arrange to either replace the product free of charge or refund the price to you, at our discretion. Please note that in some circumstances you may be required to return the item to us, at our expense, so that we can assess the item before we agree to a replacement or refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Change of mind
We recommend you carefully preview any orders before purchase as we cannot normally cancel or adjust orders due to their personalised nature, and we do not normally provide refunds where you have simply changed your mind or made a wrong selection.
Consumer guarantees and rights under the Australian Consumer Law
All goods sold in Australia come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
